Ekamantaį¹ į¹hito kho nandivisÄlo devaputto bhagavantaį¹ gÄthÄya ajjhabhÄsi: Standing to one side, the godling NandivisÄla addressed the Buddha in verse: At Bu Pc 2 = Ja 28 we meet an ox of this name. Perhaps the virtuous beast was reborn as a god, still concerned with pulling laden carts. PÄį¹ini lists it as a name, but no such individual has been identified in Sanskrit.Standing to one side, the young deva NandivisaĢla addressed the Blessed One in verse:
āCatucakkaį¹ navadvÄraį¹, āFour are its wheels, and nine its doors; These verses are also at SN 1.29; see notes there. āHaving four wheels and nine doors,
puį¹į¹aį¹ lobhena saį¹yutaį¹; itās stuffed full, bound with greed, Filled up and bound with greed,

kathaį¹ yÄtrÄ bhavissatÄ«āti. Great hero, how will I keep going?ā How does one escape from it?ā

icchÄlobhaƱca pÄpakaį¹; wicked desire and greedāHaving cut off evil desire and greed,
